Kyle Chen
Northwestern University, MS in Communication
Emerson College, BS in Marketing
Benyu Chen is a visual artist and CMO of the General Aviation company, VisionFlyers. He received his B.S from Emerson College and currently enrolls in Northwestern University for his M.S degree.
After four years of study in the college, he represented Emerson College to attend the 2020 Photographic Resource Center Show and earned the cover image of the show by his photography series “Coronavirus”.
In addition to photography, Benyu is also a professional marketer who worked in Ant Financial and McKinsey as an intern. After delivering business insights and marketing plans for a whole year, he and his friends decided to create their own aviation company. He works as a visual designer now in which he designed the brand logo and two out-paints for the aircraft in VisionFlyers.
He and his 5 people marketing team managed to create a series of visual video content to attract 20+ more customers who are enthusiastic about flying and succeeded to become the first company in China to offer the Sport Flying License.
